Juliet Adaeze Nwoye is a seasoned Wealth Management and Investment Banking professional with over 15 years of experience spanning customer relationship management, financial advisory, business development, and investment solutions.

 As the Regional Director, Wealth Management at Reliance Capital Limited, she is responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding the firm’s client base, and delivering bespoke wealth creation and preservation solutions to individuals, institutions, and corporate clients.

Throughout her career, Juliet has built a strong reputation for developing lasting client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and consistently delivering exceptional business results. Her expertise covers portfolio management, fixed income investments, money market products, structured investment solutions, and strategic financial planning.

Before joining Reliance Capital Limited, Juliet held leadership positions in reputable financial institutions, where she successfully managed multi-billion-naira investment portfolios, led business development initiatives, and contributed significantly to organizational growth through innovative client engagement strategies.

Juliet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, a Master’s degree in Data Science Management. She combines strong analytical skills with strategic leadership and is passionate about promoting financial inclusion, helping clients achieve long-term financial security, and mentoring the next generation of financial professionals.

Her leadership philosophy is founded on integrity, excellence, innovation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders.

Mr. Olatunji Rilwan Babatunde is the Chief Finance Officer & Performance Management of Reliance Capital Limited. Prior his appointment in March 2023, he was the CFO Maritime Microfinance Bank Ltd between October 2021 and March 2023, he was the Head of Finance & Admin and Compliance Officer of Obokun Microfinance Bank Ltd; a position he held and on which he showed dexterity in delivery of key performance indices especially the growth of both the deposit liability and risk asset portfolio between January 2011 and October 2021.

He is an alumni of Yaba College of Technology where he holds Higher National Diploma in Accountancy & Finance and was inducted as a Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) in August 2014 having completed the mandatory Microfinance Certification Programme (MCIB) in October 2013 and a Sponsored Individual of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Nigeria.

He started his work career in Dunlop Nigeria Plc in 1997 where he rose through the ranks to become a Production Manager in 2006 and attended several local and international Management/Leadership and Performance related courses which birthed his people and performance management ability, he joined Madol Waters & Confectionaries in April 2010 as Finance Accountant (Product & Stock) until January 2011 when he joined Obokun Microfinance Bank Ltd. He is a football and foreign movies enthusiast who is happily married with children.

Olajide is the Head, Risk Management and Compliance in Reliance Capital Limited, He holds a BSc Physics from University of Ilorin, An MBA with specialization in Finance from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Ogbomosho, Oyo State.

He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. An Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and a SEC Registered Sponsored Individual. Also Student Member Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN). Prior to joining Reliance Group, he was the Managing Director/CEO of MBL Financial Services Limited (a member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange). He is an experienced capital market investment banker with over 14 years covering share registration, stockbroking operations, securities dealing, structured finance, risk management, investment advisory and research analyst. He has been involved in several risk asset transactions for corporate organizations and individual.

He started is professional career in the capital market with Meristem Registrars,with responsibility of handling all fraud related cases and debt recovery. He rose to become the Head of Dividend & Certificate Department.

In 2014, he later joined Marriot Securities & Investment Limited (a member ofNigeria Stock Exchange) as a dealing Clerk and Head of Operations, where he managed the equity investment of the company as well as high net-worth client’s portfolio.

Sulaiman Quadri is a dedicated and versatile Information Technology Manager with a unique blend of academic background in Computer Engineering, Cyber Security Specialist and Economics, coupled with progressive professional experience in the microfinance banking sector. Over the years, he has demonstrated exceptional ability in IT infrastructure management, financial operations and digital systems support, contributing to operational efficiency andbusiness growth in every institution he has served.

His educational journey began at Ijebu-Ode Grammar School, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, where he obtained his Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE). His passion for technology led him to pursue a Diploma in Computer Engineering at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, where he gained technical knowledge in computer hardware, software, networking and IT system maintenance. 

Recognizing the importance of understanding economic principles in the financial services sector, he furthered his education by earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics at Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State. This academic combination provided him with a balanced perspective on both technology management and financial operations.

Currently a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), he is actively pursuing professional certification and continuous development to enhance his competence in financial technology, digital banking operations and IT governance.

His professional career commenced at Susu Microfinance Bank, where he initially worked as a Loan Officer. In this role, he was responsible for customer relationship management, credit processing and loan recovery. However, due to his evident technical skills and proactive approach to problem-solving, he was later transferred to the Information Technology Department, where
he contributed to the digital transformation of the bank’s operations. He played a pivotal role in maintaining the bank’s IT infrastructure, supporting core banking applications and ensuring operational continuity.

Following his tenure at Susu Microfinance Bank, he joined Lawebod Microfinance Bank as an Information Technology Manager, where he also supported the Operations Department. In this dual role, he managed the bank’s computer networks, system upgrades, data security frameworks and provided IT support for daily banking operations. His involvement in both IT and operations enabled him to bridge the gap between technology and business needs, streamlining processes and enhancing customer service delivery.

Presently, he serves as the Information Technology Manager at Reliance Microfinance Bank, where he oversees the management of IT infrastructure, system security, data management and the implementation of digital solutions to improve banking operations. His responsibilities include maintaining the core banking system, managing system updates and backups, providing technical support to staff and ensuring compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations.

With a strong commitment to excellence, continuous learning and operational efficiency, Sulaiman remains a valuable asset in the financial services industry, consistently contributing to the advancement of digital banking and IT service management within the microfinance sector.
