Olaribigbe Jimoh Osabiya is a vision-oriented leader and seasoned Banker with over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector spanning Funds/Portfolio Management, Credit Analysis, isk Management, Financial Planning, Share Registration & Administration, Microfinance Banking, Capital Market/Investment Banking, Business Strategy and Project Finance. He is the Founder/Group Managing Director of Reliance Microfinance Bank Ltd, Reliance Capital Ltd (an Asset Management & Advisory Services Company licensed/regulated by Securities & Exchange Commission), Zedstone Financials Limited and Zedstone Resources Ltd – a real estate & investment company. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Wema Registrars Limited (a subsidiary of Wema Bank Plc) for about six years before leaving in November 2015 to pursue his entrepreneurial aspiration by establishing Reliance Microfinance Bank in January 2016.

Prior to this, he worked with many top-rated financial institutions and rose through the ranks to Executive Management level. These includes; FCMB/CSL Group, Prudent Bank/Skye Bank (Corporate & Investment Banking), Skye Stockbrokers now Securities Africa Financials Ltd (Group Head, Finance & Operations), and UBA Group where he was a team lead during the
transformation of the then Registrars department of the Bank to a full-fledged subsidiary company (UBA Registrars Limited now Africa Prudential Plc) responsible for developing and
implementing seamless techno-based operational model, new business development and
building human capital. His significant contribution earned him promotion and appointment as
the Chief Operating Officer of the subsidiary in January 2008 and he resigned in December 2009 to take up the leadership of Wema Registrars Limited. 

 He has been involved in numerous landmark financial transactions as well as management of
Funds/Portfolio in excess of N100 billion in the course of his working career.

Jimoh holds B.Sc. in Banking & Finance as well as an MBA, Marketing and he is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School (Chief Executive Program) in 2010, Pan African Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, (University of Navarra) Barcelona, Spain in 2011, and International Management Program at Nanyang Business School, (Nanyang Technological University) Singapore in December 2015. A distinguished fellow of the  Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria (FCIB), Institute of Capital Market Registrars Nigeria (FCMR), A Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB), and an Associateship of both the Nigerian Institute of Management and Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.

He is a self-motivated individual, inspiring entrepreneur, articulate Director with tested capability and proven strong business management skills as his various companies under his watch have witnessed supalative growth. A current Financial Secretary of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Lagos Branch, and a member of Ikoyi Club 1938, Apapa club, who loves recreation and playing table tennis.

Olujide Olukole is a Financial Consultant and currently the Managing Partner of Richardson Business Services Limited, a Consultancy firm that specializes in business advisory, turnaround management and strategic planning.

He studied Economics in the University of Ibadan, graduating with a Second Class Upper Division, he also did his Master’s Degree in Economics in the University of Lagos. Olujide Olukole is among the pioneer MBA holders with specialization in Finance Management from Lagos State University.

He had over fourteen years of experience in the Banking industry, specializing in the following areas; retail Banking, credit appraisal & administration, operations, branch management and loan recovery.

Olujide is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is also a qualified stockbroker and an authorized dealer of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), he worked with BGL Securities Limited, between 2008-2015, before becoming the Managing Partner of Richardson Business Services Limited, one of the notable and accredited consultants at Bank of Industry. He is also a Director with Vast Concept Nigeria Limited, an export-oriented trading company.

Ayo Adeonipekun, MSc. (Finance), BSc. (Accounting), FCS, FCA,
ACTI, MCB

Ayo Adeonipekun is a seasoned Finance Professional with a passion for innovation and excellence.

Adeonipekun brings over 25 years of extensive multidisciplinary experience and exposure, spanning Leadership, Financial Management/Control, People and Performance Management, Corporate Planning and Governance, Administration, Business Process Reengineering, Information Technology and a deep understanding of the Capital market. He is a change management specialist and a well sought out Trainer in the financial services industry.

He is an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, holds a good Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting (Second Class Upper Division) and a Master’s degree in Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. He is currently a Doctoral candidate pursuing his PhD Finance Program at Olabisi Onabanjo University.

A distinguished Fellow of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, also a Fellow of theInstitute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and
Chartered Stockbroker in the years 1999 and 2006 respectively. He is equally a Certified Microfinance Banker (CIBN) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITB). Adeonipekun is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange ( nowNGX) and a Registered Capital Market Operator/Sponsored Individual with the Securities &
Exchange Commission (SEC).

He started his working career with Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), In the year 1990 serving the Institute for five years. He thereafter commenced his post-graduation professional career with Marina International Bank (Now Access Bank) in the year 2000. He subsequently moved to Crossworld Securities Limited in 2005. Thereafter he moved to NIGALEX and later to Sterling Bank Plc with responsibility for setting up the market risk management unit of Enterprise Risk Management Department.

He later joined First City Monument Bank Plc as Head of Financial Reporting in 2007. As a result of his strong interest in Development Finance, he left FCMB to build a career in the Microfinance subsector during which he garnered quality experience and international exposure in the Microfinance Industry. During this period, he held various top management ositions  driving transformation changes.

The versatile finance professional also moved to MBL Financial Services as Chief Dealer with additional responsibilities of overseeing other subsidiaries within the group, from where he then moved to Reliance Capital Limited, a duly registered Funds/Portfolio Management company licensed by the Securities & Exchange Commission, as the pioneer Managing Director, a position he occupied till he joined the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

He is a recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and an Alumnus of Lagos Business School (LBS) of Pan African University and IESE of the University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain. 

Mrs Olaide Osabiya is a graduate in Business Administration (B.Sc Hons) from University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos. She is an achiever and a successful businesswoman with passion for excellent customer service who has also attended various trainings in leadership, entrepreneurship, human resources, selling etc. 

Olaide who is currently the Managing Director ofVicdakem Ventures, a trading company and also servesas a director on the Board of Deyomax Limited (a real estate company).
